The dope dyed recycled high-tenacity polyester DTY product combines two technologies – dope dyeing and recycling – successfully resolving the conflict between dye dispersibility and fiber strength, achieving the dual carbon reduction goal of "dye-free + recycling." According to Chairman and General Manager Cheng Jianliang, dope dyeing eliminates post-process dyeing, saving approximately 2,000 kWh of electricity, 100 tons of water, and 150 kilograms of pigment per ton of yarn .
